Terms & Conditions
Effective date: February 2, 2026
By accessing our website, booking a consultation, using our AI Design Studio, or purchasing any design or production services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services Overview
We provide custom bridal and formalwear design services, including designer consultations, digital design tools, and made-to-order garments produced based on client-approved designs and measurements.
All garments are custom-made and tailored to individual specifications.
2. Custom Nature of Products
You acknowledge and agree that:
- All gowns are made to order
- Designs, measurements, fabrics, embellishments, and construction are customized
- Minor variations may occur due to craftsmanship, material availability, or production techniques
These variations do not constitute defects.
3. Deposits & Booking Fees (Non-Refundable)
- A deposit or booking fee is required to secure designer consultation time and production availability.
- Deposits are refundable only within 24 hours of booking.
- After 24 hours, all deposits are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to situations where:
- The client decides not to proceed with production
- The client changes their mind
- The client fails to submit required information or approvals
Deposits compensate for reserved design time, administrative costs, and opportunity loss.
4. Return & Refund Policy (Custom Garments)
Because each gown is custom-made to your unique measurements and design specifications, traditional returns are not offered.
However, if you feel your dress is not satisfactory, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following options:
- 50% cash refund, or
- 70% store credit toward a new custom design
For approved remake orders, production will be expedited to ensure a smoother and faster experience.
Returned garments must be:
- Unworn (other than fitting)
- Unaltered
- In original condition
This Return Policy is also explained in our FAQ and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any inconsistency, these Terms shall govern.
5. Designer Consultation Scope
Designer consultation sessions are strictly limited to:
- Dress design
- Style refinement
- Fit, measurements, and gown-related guidance
as described in the purchased package.
We reserve the right to decline or terminate consultation requests that are:
- Unrelated to the gown or fitting
- Excessive, unreasonable, or outside the agreed scope
- Commercial, legal, personal, or otherwise irrelevant
Unused consultation time has no cash value and is non-transferable.
6. AI Design Studio Usage
Our AI Design Studio is provided solely for personal gown design and visualization purposes.
You agree not to:
- Use the tool for unrelated, commercial, abusive, or automated activities
- Attempt to extract data, reverse-engineer, or interfere with system operations
We reserve the right to:
- Monitor usage
- Restrict, suspend, or terminate access if unusual or abusive activity is detected by our systems
without notice or refund.
7. Design Reasonableness & Creative Discretion
Marketing descriptions such as
“All silhouette styles included, from classic to show-stopping ball gowns, with sophisticated embellishments and luxury detailing”
are subject to commercial and design reasonableness.
We reserve the right to decline or modify design requests that are:
- Structurally impractical
- Excessively labor-intensive beyond package scope
- Involving uncommon, unsafe, or unavailable materials
- Including excessive embellishments (e.g., crystals covering the entire gown)
Final design feasibility is determined at our reasonable discretion.
8. Alterations Disclaimer
Professional alterations are not included in our design, consultation, or production services unless expressly stated in writing.
While a custom-made dress provides a significantly improved fit compared to standard sizing, you acknowledge that:
- Everybody is unique, and
- Body measurements may naturally change between the time of ordering and the event date.
We strongly recommend that all clients plan for a final fitting and professional alterations with a local tailor to achieve the best possible fit and comfort.
Any recommendations or partnerships with third-party tailors are provided solely for convenience. We do not control, supervise, or guarantee the services of third-party tailors and are not responsible or liable for alteration outcomes, costs, timing, or workmanship.
Alteration costs are the sole responsibility of the client and are non-refundable.
This policy is further explained in our FAQ and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any inconsistency, these Terms shall govern.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, sketches, concepts, or creative works generated during the design process—whether created by our designers, design consultants, or through our AI studio—are the exclusive property of TheOne AI. Inc. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree that TheOne AI. Inc retains full ownership and all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and any other proprietary rights, over these designs and creative outputs.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final design deliverables solely for personal or approved commercial purposes as explicitly agreed upon. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use beyond the scope of the granted license is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from TheOne AI, Inc.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Emotional distress or subjective dissatisfaction
- Delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
If you are a resident of a jurisdiction with laws that provide non-waivable consumer protections (for example, California, or certain international jurisdictions), those laws may apply to you, and nothing in these Terms is intended to limit such protections.
By using our services, you agree to comply with applicable local laws and acknowledge that any rights you may have under such laws remain fully reserved.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
